Transcripted data is not visible. This problem starts when I accidently pressed F5 and the page get reloaded. After this I tried many things like signing out and signing in, but the problem is still there.

My source video's language is Arabic and I would like the subtitle to be in English; However, the English language option is missing from the Foreign Language popup/puldown window???

sometime when I try to play second time, audio is not playing.
